People who work there are pleasant & helpful. The set up is to take a number at the front clerk(s) & wait to be called. There are number boards that flash the number being called & what window to be serviced at but it wasn't working. Only the voice call was used to announce the next number. Deaf & hard of hearing people would have a stressful time waiting and most likely miss their number being called. Wait times can be more than 30 minutes to an hour. If you have a disability that is not visible, it is best to inform the front clerk so they can accommodate you.
