The Arch Insurance division of Bermudian re/insurer Arch Capital Group has appointed Regan Shulman as executive vice-president and general counsel for North America to oversee all legal functions, including litigation, and regulatory and legal support for the US and Canada. She succeeds Patrick Nails, who remains with the group as executive vice-president and chief claims officer. Shulman has been with Arch Insurance since 2012, most recently serving as senior vice-president and deputy general counsel.
